• The remaining 50% must be paid before the final delivery of the project.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon receiving full payment, ownership of the completed project (excluding licensed third-party resources) will be transferred to the client. LUFO Digital Solutions reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Third-Party Services

Domain registration, web hosting, premium plugins, themes, APIs, payment gateways, SMS gateways, AI services, and other third-party services are subject to their own pricing, terms, and availability. LUFO Digital Solutions is not responsible for changes made by third-party providers.

9. Website Maintenance

Ongoing maintenance, updates, backups, security monitoring, and technical support are provided only if covered under a separate maintenance agreement or support package.

10. Limitation of Liability

LUFO Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses resulting from the use of our services, website downtime, hosting failures, cyber attacks, or third-party software issues.
